Last Updated: 30 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UdoDrop website, software platform, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account or using UdoDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

These Terms are provided for website transparency. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

UdoDrop provides workforce and operations management software that helps businesses manage contractors, multiple workspaces, drivers, employees, schedules, attendance, working hours, documents, payments, notifications, and related operational activities.

UdoDrop is operated by RSDPtech Ltd (58 Fruen Road, Feltham, TW14 9NR, United Kingdom).

In these Terms:

  • "UdoDrop" means the UdoDrop platform, website, applications, and related services provided by RSDPtech Ltd.
  • "Contractor" or "Business" means the primary business account holder that subscribes to and manages use of the Platform.
  • "Multiple workspace" means a separate workspace created and managed by a Contractor to organise workforce and operational activities within defined permissions.
  • "User" means an individual user account counted under the subscription pricing model. Multiple workspaces are included separately and are not counted as Users unless otherwise stated in product documentation.
  • "Driver" means a workforce user who registers and uses the Driver App or equivalent driver-facing functionality.
  • "Employee" means a workforce user managed through the Platform, which may include Drivers and other staff depending on how the Contractor configures the service.
  • "Platform" means the UdoDrop website, web application, mobile applications, and related services.
  • "Subscription" means a paid monthly or annual plan, or a free trial where offered, that provides access to subscribed Platform features.

To use certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You agree to:

  • Keep account information current
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Not share credentials with unauthorised persons
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access
  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes

The Contractor is responsible for activity performed through its account and for ensuring that authorised users comply with these Terms.

  • Maintaining accurate business and account information
  • Managing multiple workspaces, Users, Drivers, and Employees within the account
  • Ensuring workforce information entered into the Platform is accurate and lawful
  • Providing any required notices or permissions to workforce members
  • Maintaining valid subscription and payment information for paid plans

Multiple workspace administrator responsibilities

  • Using the Platform only within permissions assigned by the Contractor
  • Managing assigned workforce and operational information responsibly
  • Keeping account credentials secure
  • Complying with these Terms and applicable law

Driver and Employee responsibilities

  • Providing accurate registration and profile information
  • Uploading required documents truthfully where requested
  • Using Clock In, Clock Out, attendance, and location features appropriately
  • Following lawful instructions from the Contractor or workspace administrator within the scope of their role

You must not misuse the Platform. Without limitation, you must not:

  • Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of another person's rights
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services
  • Upload malicious code or submit fraudulent information

UdoDrop may offer:

  • A 28-day free trial for eligible new accounts, where advertised
  • Monthly subscriptions billed on a recurring monthly basis
  • Annual subscriptions billed on a recurring annual basis

Paid subscription pricing is based on the Contractor base fee plus a per-User fee, as displayed during signup and checkout.

Current standard pricing:

  • £27.99 Contractor monthly base fee
  • £0.79 per User per month
  • Multiple workspaces are included at no additional charge
  • Annual billing receives a 20% discount on the applicable monthly rates for the selected billing period

Billing calculation example for a monthly subscription:

Monthly Total = Contractor base fee + (Number of Users × £0.79)

For annual subscriptions, the discounted annual amount is calculated from the applicable monthly rates for the selected billing period.

You must maintain valid payment information for paid subscriptions. Taxes, including VAT or applicable sales taxes, may apply where required by law.

If payment fails or a subscription is not renewed, UdoDrop may restrict access after providing appropriate notice, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation and changes to subscription quantity may be managed through the account or checkout processes made available by UdoDrop. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation may prevent future renewals while allowing access to continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

UdoDrop may modify trial offers, pricing, or plan features where permitted by law and with appropriate notice where required.

UdoDrop uses a user-based pricing model:

£27.99 / Contractor / month

+

£0.79 / User / month

Multiple workspaces are included in the subscription and are not separately charged under this pricing model.

The number of Users selected during signup or billing determines the per-User portion of the subscription. The Contractor may need to adjust the subscription if additional Users are required beyond the current entitlement.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where:

  • These Terms are materially breached
  • The account is used unlawfully or in a way that creates security or fraud risk
  • Payment obligations remain unpaid after appropriate notice
  • Continued use could harm UdoDrop, other users, or third parties

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination takes effect.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to applicable subscription and billing terms.

UdoDrop and its software, branding, design, content, and related intellectual property belong to UdoDrop or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms and any active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit UdoDrop's intellectual property except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Contractors and authorised users may upload or enter business and workforce information into the Platform, including employee or driver details, documents, attendance records, schedules, routes, and payment-related information.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, lawfulness, and permissions relating to customer-provided data. By providing information to UdoDrop, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and legal basis to do so for the purpose of providing the Services.

UdoDrop processes customer-provided data to provide the Platform as described in our Privacy Policy. Contractors remain responsible for their own employment, payroll, compliance, and workforce-management obligations.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

  • Available
  • Uninterrupted
  • Error-free
  • Free from technical issues

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, security issues, network problems, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

The Platform may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, email, payments, maps, notifications, or other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. UdoDrop is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UdoDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold UdoDrop harmless against losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by UdoDrop's own breach or negligence.

UdoDrop may update, improve, add, or remove features from the Platform from time to time.

Where a significant change materially affects your use of a paid service, we may provide appropriate notice where reasonably practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permitted.
